1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Lab of CRM ("the Platform"), operated by LABOFWEB Technologies Pvt Ltd ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

These Terms apply to all users of the Platform, including individuals accessing the Platform on behalf of their employer or any entity. By using the Platform on behalf of a company or organisation, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

2. Description of Service

Lab of CRM provides a customer relationship management platform that enables businesses to manage leads, contacts, quotations, and related workflows. The Platform is offered as a software-as-a-service (SaaS) solution.

3. User Accounts & Eligibility

Users must be at least 18 years of age to use the Platform. If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of a company, you confirm that you are an authorised representative with the legal capacity to bind that entity.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations;
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform, other user accounts, or our systems;
  • Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or any harmful code;
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Platform;
  • Use the Platform to send unsolicited communications (spam);
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Platform.

5. Intellectual Property

The Platform, including its design, code, graphics, logos, and content, is the intellectual property of LABOFWEB Technologies Pvt Ltd and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Platform solely for your business purposes. No ownership rights are transferred to you.

6. Data & Privacy

We respect your data. Our practices regarding the collection, use, and protection of your personal information are described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Platform, you consent to such practices.

You retain all rights to the data you enter into the Platform. We will not access, use, or share your data except as necessary to provide the service or as required by law.

7. Payment Terms

The Platform is currently offered with a free tier. We may introduce paid subscription plans in the future. When paid plans are introduced, additional payment terms will be provided and you will be notified before any charges apply. By continuing to use paid services, you agree to pay all applicable fees in accordance with the then-current pricing and billing terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, LABOFWEB Technologies Pvt Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Platform. The Platform is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless LABOFWEB Technologies Pvt Ltd, its directors, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of the Platform, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, third parties, or our interests. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will immediately cease.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kozhikode, Kerala.
